Hi! My name is Katie and I’m an ER nurse that is very passionate about mental and physical wellness. When I’m not at work or furthering my education, You can find me doing a variety of things: I love enhancing my knowledge of delicious new food and drink recipes, learning about the mind and things like stress, and the best coping mechanisms to combat those feelings. I also love to practice and research mindfulness and the many positive impacts it has on the way we think and live. I live everyday trying to gain knowledge, better myself, and positively impact the world. I’m starting this blog to share this ongoing journey with you, share and document some of my experiences, and share some of the books, music, and recipes I’ve really enjoyed!
